A month after three Spanish investors purchased the 150 Alhambra office tower in Coral Gables, the group has brought on Colliers International South Florida to lease out its remaining space.

The 13-story building was picked up in December for $34 million by a Florida company named MDR Americano. It’s managed by Manuel M. Llarena, Maria Moratiel del Pilar Entrena and Emilio M. Moratiel — the same three Spanish principals who partnered with Miami’s Rilea Group to develop the Bond on Brickell.

150 Alhambra is currently 95 percent leased, with tenants ranging from FedEx Office Ship Center to financial firm Banesco USA.

Collier’s Jonathan Kingsley and Stephen Rutchik will broker any new leases on behalf of MDR, according to a news release.

Now that the sale is closed, MDR is planning an upgrade package for the building’s common areas, garage and facade — factors Rutchik and Kingsley plan to use as part of their marketing campaign.

The building was first put up in 1984 and last sold for $17 million, according to Miami-Dade County records. — Sean Stewart-Muniz
